Service
We employ only factory trained and certified Master Technicians. They continually update their formal education and have many years of hands on experience. Savoy Equipment service begins the moment you walk in the door, with our front line service specialists who assess and book your repair. Our well-stocked parts inventory enables us to reduce repair turn-around time. You will be informed of an expected completion date and in some cases, our team of experts can make adjustments or complete minor repairs while you wait. We encourage our customers to take advantage of the slower months (November thru February) to avoid longer wait times that occur during the inevitable spring rush.
Our service department repairs and services everything we sell as well as most other makes and models where parts are accessible to us. We also sharpen lawn mower blades and saw chain. We register your warranty after the sale and will happily honor that warranty should there be a problem.
Parts
Our parts department is well-stocked with trained qualified parts counter staff. We utilize an internet based parts look-up system to ensure we accurately find the part you need. Just simply bring in all numbers listed on the manufacturer tag, including the brand, model, item and type! In an emergency we can often access over-night parts delivery. Freight charges may apply.
We carry a full line of accessories such as oils, trimmer line and heads, sparkplugs, lubricants, and chainsaw chain. If we don’t have the particular chain loop you need, our experienced staff can cut and make it up for you while you wait.
